About Us

Our Marketplace

Alexandra Hills was the fastest growing suburb in the Redlands back in 1976 so the majority of the homes in the area were built in this era. Our residents are mainly families living in free standing homes with only about 10% of residences being units or villas. There is very little land available for further development resulting in most of our sales being the turnover of existing homes. Alexandra Hills is our main focus, however, our central location makes it convenient to market properties in any direction in the Redlands. All roads lead to the Bay in the Redlands, passing through a diverse landscape that ranges from glistening beaches to mountain tops. It is a region steeped in history which offers plenty to see and do. Ray White Alexandra Hills is located in the centre of this area making it the perfect office to list and sell to all suburbs in the Redlands.
